    It becomes fairly obvious if you Google around that while many organizations are addressing these problems, major corporations are still asleep. The Boomers will need to work in their “retirement”, maybe part-time, maybe self employed, but something. My take is that many 65 year olds have plenty of gas left in the tank and many very applicable skills. Most are also ready to learn!
